心肌代谢重构在慢性心力衰竭进展中的作用

摘要：

慢性心力衰竭是一种复杂而严重的临床综合征,尽管治疗手段的进步使心力衰竭5年生存率在过去20年有所改善;但仍维持在较低水平,有大约30%的心力衰竭患者在被诊断的5年内死亡,因此,人们不断地探索心力衰竭的发病机制及防治手段。随着对慢性心力衰竭发病机制研究的不断深入,心肌代谢重构在慢性心力衰竭发生发展中的作用愈来愈被重视;但目前对如何调节心肌能量代谢认识有限。现对慢性心力衰竭时心肌代谢重构的特点及治疗手段的研究进展做一综述。
