摘要：

目的为我国药品流通模式改革提供参考。方法简述美国的药品流通模式,并与我国进行比较,提出我国药品流通模式改革的难点及方向。结果与结论我国药品流通模式改革须慎重,政府应处理好各利益集团的关系,逐步建立医疗机构补偿机制,以利于改革的顺利进行。
