老年人消化道动力异常及其机制研究进展

摘要：

消化道动力障碍性疾病是老年人常见的消化系统疾病。在自然老化过程中,消化道发生一系列退行性改变,这些改变是老年人诸多消化道动力障碍性疾病发生、发展的基础。深入研究老年人消化道动力异常及其发生机制,对提高相关疾病的诊治水平具有重要意义。本文对消化道(包括口咽、食管、胃、小肠、结肠、直肠和肛管)动力的增龄变化及其机制研究进展作一综述。
