改进的化学镀法制备钯/α-AlO无机复合膜的研究

摘要
对传统的化学镀工艺作了适当改进 采用将载体孔隙暂时性封闭后再以较高浓度的溶液进行短时多次的敏化和活化操作和以一定速度添加肼的方式 ,在载体表面稳定钯的沉积速度 ,控制膜厚均匀增长 ,在平均孔径为 1μm的陶瓷载体上制备了约 1.3μm厚的超薄钯膜 扫描电镜照片表明膜表面无缺陷存在 ,常温下氮气不能透过复合膜
