高效液相色谱分析L-瓜氨酸的研究

摘要：

文中建立了L 瓜氨酸的HPLC检测方法 ,实验应用 2 ,4 二硝基氟苯 (DNFB)柱前衍生化法将L 瓜氨酸衍生后在HPLC上进行定量分析 ,探讨和优化了L 瓜氨酸的HPLC分析色谱条件。研究结果表明 ,L 瓜氨酸样品检测线性范围为 2～ 1 0 μg ,相关因数r=0 9990 ,精密度为 1 7%。该方法灵敏 ,重复性好 ,结果准确 ,分析迅速 ,能有效的指导L 瓜氨酸的发酵生产。
