组织中的时间侵占行为研究进展述评

摘要
组织中普遍存在的时间侵占行为不仅会降低员工的工作效率,还会对组织及组织中的个体造成明显或潜在的不良影响。开展时间侵占行为研究,有助于提高组织的时间资源管理水平,对组织的长远发展有着重要意义。本文在文献研究的基础上,对时间侵占行为的概念、理论解释、结构与测量、影响因素和影响效应等方面的研究成果进行了梳理和总结,探讨了该领域研究存在的问题,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。
