摘要
<正> 氧代谢过程中生成的活性氧,与许多生化反应和生物学现象有关。最近报告,活性氧和老化,各种疾患以及药物的副作用等都有关。。十余年来这方面的研究极为活跃。本文就活性氧、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)的基础知识以及其临床意义加以简介。
