摘要：

脑影像、脑脊液的生物标志物和匹兹堡化合物B与氟脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射断层扫描可在阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimers disease,AD)早期阶段和AD前轻度认知障碍阶段进行诊断。目前多奈哌齐、卡巴拉汀和加兰他敏被用于治疗AD,美金刚被用于治疗中度至重度AD,其对认知、日常生活能力、行为和整体临床评估有改善作用。维生素E可用于无血管危险因素的AD患者。疾病修饰免疫疗法仍处于研究阶段。
