摘要：

功能性肠病是指存在消化道症状,但无法用器质性病变或生化异常来解释的消化道功能性疾病。由于目前功能性肠病的病因尚未完全阐明,也无特异性的治疗方法,因此应遵循多学科联合的治疗原则。
