摘要：

Sophra alopecaroides seed,a Chinese medicine,has well medical effect.Its effective components is alkaloid.We determined the content of total alkaloids with acid dye spectrophotometer.The linear rang was 0～20μg/ml,recovery,98.53%～102.4%.The method is simple,convenient,sensitive,accurate and reliable.
