摘要：

内皮祖细胞(endothelial progenitorcells,EPC)作为成年干细胞的一种,近些年对其研究较热,但多数集中在心血管病方面,在卒中方面的研究有限。对动物和人类的研究表明EPC可作为血管病的预测因子,并且EPC以及对EPC的调节有可能用于脑血管病的治疗。本文对EPC在卒中方面的研究进展做一综述。
