<正>自主神经系统包括分布在整个神经轴上并被称为中央自主网络的几个相互连接的区域,接受内脏感受器、体液和外周感受器的信息,并调节交感神经和副交感神经元的输出[1]。由于自主神经系统的解剖位置,使其无法进行简单的生理测试,因此已经开展了一系列评估自主神经功能及其功能障碍的临床试验,通过测量各种生理干扰下的末端器官的反应来评估自主神经功能[2-5]。本文回顾了国内外自主神经功能及其评
