功能性踝关节不稳者在着地过程中相关生物力学特征研究

摘要
目的:探讨功能性踝关节不稳者在着地过程中相关生物力学特征。方法:选取15名单侧功能性踝关节不稳的受试者为试验组,匹配15名无踝关节伤病的正常人为对照组。通过40 cm的单腿下落试验,分析2组受试者在着地过程中相关生物力学指标的差异,通过独立样本T检验分析2组间的差异性,检验水准选P=0.05。结果:在着地过程各方向地面反作用力的比较中,无论是峰值,还是标准化的峰值,2组间的差异均没有统计学意义,但是试验组各方向地面反作用力峰值对应时刻明显小于对照组;在着地过程膝踝屈伸最大角度、着地时间和着地时间内角度的变化量比较中,试验组的值明显大于对照组。
