摘要：

目的 :评价高能超声体外聚焦热疗 (FEP)对直肠癌的疗效及其安全性。方法 :自 1998年 6月至 1999年 8月对 2 1例中晚期直肠癌应用 FEP- BY0 1型高能超声体外聚焦热疗机进行热治疗。结果 :2 1例直肠癌患者中完全缓解 12例 (5 5 % ) ,部分缓解 9例 (4 5 % ) ,总缓解率 10 0 % ,无 1例出现皮肤烧伤、脏器穿孔及出血等并发症。结论 :FEP技术是一种适宜直肠癌的新疗法 ,具有疗效显著 ,安全可靠 ,无副作用的优点
