炙甘草汤对房颤大鼠外周血TNF-α表达的影响

摘要：

目的观察炙甘草汤对房颤(AF)大鼠外周血肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)表达的影响。方法采用乙酞胆碱-氯化钙(Ach-CaCl2)经尾静脉注射法复制AF大鼠模型,随机分成模型组、炙甘草汤组、维拉帕米组,并设正常对照组。用药2周后,观察炙甘草汤对房颤大鼠外周血TNF-α表达的影响。结果与正常对照组相比,模型组的TNF-α水平明显增高;与模型组相比,炙甘草汤组及维拉帕米组TNF-α水平降低,炙甘草汤组降低更明显。结论炙甘草汤能够明显降低血清TNF-α的水平,可能通过抑制炎症因子的表达,改善房颤心房组织损伤,从而治疗房颤。
