摘要
短暂性脑缺血后每马发生DND,但海DND产生的机制仍不清楚,国内外对海马DND机制的研究颇受重视,本文重点阐明了“兴奋性氨基酸毒性”假说和Ca2+超载假说在短暂性脑缺血后海马DND发生发展中的作用,进一步阐明了兴奋性氨基酸毒性和Ca2+超载之间的关系。
