摘要：

急性心力衰竭是心脏科的危重症,传统的血管活性药物治疗作用有限。钙增敏剂通过增加心肌兴奋收缩耦联过程中Ca2+与心肌收缩系统结合力,从而增强心肌收缩力,改善患者血流动力学。
