<正>以支气管动脉为主的体动脉栓塞术治疗大咯血已被广泛应用于临床,大大减低了大咯血的病死率。少部分大咯血的出血来自肺动脉(pulmonary artery,PA),主要形式为肺动脉假性动脉瘤(pulmonary arterial pseudoaneurysm,PAPA),此时体动脉栓塞术多数无效。Rasmussen动脉瘤特指发生在肺结核空洞内的PAPA,可导致大咯血。国内有关此动脉瘤诊断和治疗相关报道甚少,而我国仍为结核病高发地
