<正>胃癌是世界范围内最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,是第三个最常见的癌症和癌症致死的第二大原因[1]。即便外科手术是治疗胃癌患者的首选方法,但由于早期胃癌临床症状不显著,警戒指标隐匿,导致绝大多数患者在确诊时已出现局部侵犯或远处转移,丧失了手术机会。化疗成为治疗晚期胃癌的最主要手段之一,尽管用于胃癌治疗的化疗药物很多,包括氟尿嘧啶、铂类、紫衫类等,但其联合化疗方案却没有显著提高化疗有效率,胃癌的平均生存期大约在8～11个月。相反的,
