摘要：

Six schiff bases derived from o-vanillin and amino acids and their trihenzyltin （Ⅳ） complexes have been synthesezed. The ligands and complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV and 1H NMR. The tin atom is five-coordinated in tribenzyltin （Ⅳ） complexes. There is intramolecular Sn←N of imine N atom.
