<正> 如果我们留意一下科学史,就可以看到,新技术的应用,新的实验材料引入,常常会对某门学科的发展起重大的推动作用。细胞遗传学亦不例外。50年代以来,低渗处理,空气干燥制片法的发明,组织培养和秋水仙素的使用,带来了60年代哺乳动物和人类细胞遗传学的繁荣时期。除了细胞学家,遗传学家以外,许多动物学家,甚至病理学、医学工作者都纷纷转入这个新兴领域。大量的动物染色体核型分析工作如雨后春笋般涌现于文献。哺乳动物染色体通讯(MCN)的创刊和哺乳动物染色体图谱的问世就
