熊去氧胆酸对家兔保胆取石术后胆囊胆汁成分和胆囊组织中VIP和Calponin表达的影响

目的探讨熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合保胆取石术对胆囊结石家兔模型术后胆汁成分及胆囊组织中血管活性肠肽(vasoactine intrestinal peptide,VIP)和调宁蛋白(calponin,Cap)表达的影响。方法选择雄性新西兰家兔60只作为研究对象,建立胆囊结石模型后进行保胆取石术,根据术后处理方式不同分为3组,对照组给予普通饮食,模型组给予致石饮食,干预组给予致石饮食+熊去氧胆酸。检测3组家兔血清中脂质含量、胆汁中总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)和总胆酸(total bile acid,TBA)含量,以及胆囊组织中VIP和Cap的表达量。结果干预5周后,模型组家兔血清中三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、TC、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)含量均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组家兔血清中TG、TC、LDL-C含量均低于模型组(P<0.05);模型组家兔胆汁中TC含量高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组胆汁中TC低于模型组(P<0.05)但高于对照组;干预组家兔胆汁中TBA含量高于模型组及对照组(P<0.05);模型组家兔胆囊组织中VIP、Cap含量高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组家兔胆囊组织中VIP和Cap蛋白含量低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论熊去氧胆酸胶囊干预能够调节胆囊结石家兔模型保胆取石术后的胆汁成分,减少胆道舒张物质VIP和Cap的表达。
