本文构建了一个具有两个大国的新结构经济学理论模型,讨论国际贸易与动态贸易政策将如何影响产业的动态生命周期和宏观经济增长。模型得出解析解,最主要的理论发现有两点:(1)产业升级和宏观经济增长是内生性地同步进行的,而且,当且仅当跨期替代弹性大于1时,发生在贸易伙伴国的投资专属的技术进步(investment-specific technology progress,简称ISTP)才会促进本国的产业升级和总体经济增长。(2)贸易自由化的加速对宏观产出增长和产业动态的影响是非单调的。
