我国现行的 5 0 0 k V输变电工程设计中雷电过电压计算 (包括变电所雷电侵入波、线路防雷等 )的一些方法过于陈旧 ,跟不上世界科学技术的发展 ,应当修改。为此 ,根据现有方法存在的缺点 ,提出了新的观点和建议
