培训激励缺失与产业低技能陷阱——从广东制造业培训困境谈起

摘要
受劳动力市场的高流动性和培训成本等因素的综合影响,广东制造业企业培训激励严重缺失,而培训激励不足制约了产业工人素质的提升,这将使经济陷入产业低技能的陷阱。要使制造业企业走出低技能陷阱,需要通过政府补贴、产业公共培训平台等措施支持通用型的技能培训。
