摘要：

食管２４小时ｐＨ动态监测在胃、食管返流疾病中已广泛应用。近年来，对胃２４小时ｐＨ动态监测亦引起临床界重视，目前主要用于判定抗酸药以及不同给药时间的抑酸效果，是临床药理及判断胃及酸相关性疾病的一个重要检查方法。
