<正>胆石病作为世界范围的常见病,在欧美地区发病率为10%～15%[1],1995年第二次全国胆石病调查显示我国胆石病占普外病人的比例上升到11.53%[2],20世纪80～90年代人群患病率为3.5%～6.5%[3]。随着生活水平提高,膳食结构西方化以及人口老龄化,估计我国胆石病(主要是胆囊
