脑卒中患者上肢康复机器人辅助治疗效果的循证分析

摘要
<正>脑卒中是一种具有高致残率的疾病,也是≥60岁老年人的第二致死因素[1],且幸存者中有80%遗留肢体及手的功能损害[2],严重影响了患者的生活质量。有报道指出,上肢功能改善情况弱于下肢,而生活质量的提高与手功能密切相关,尤其是较准确的移动和控制上肢的能力[3]。因此,尽可能地降低脑卒中对患者上肢功能的损害并改善其日常生活活动能力[4],对于脑卒中患者意义重大。机器人辅助治疗技术的迅速发展让人们看到了一条新的康复之路,越来越多的学者将研究目光投向康复机器人在临床上的应用。
