］ In the criminal proceedings,the burden of proof is a legal responsibility that parties should adduce evidences to the court and pr ove his special claim.The conception of burden of proof should be applied formal ly and exactly to avoid errors in distributing the burden of proof between pros ecutor and defendant.In the criminal proceedings,Public procurator is in general responsible for the burden of proof.In special case,defendant is responsible fo r this burden.Except that,The public security and court is not responsible for this burden.Especially,this burden is unchangeable between Public procurator and defendant.
