广州地区7340例人乳头状病毒基因分型及感染情况分析

摘要：

目的分析广州地区人乳头状病毒(HPV)的基因分型以及感染情况,为该地区宫颈癌的预防提供指导。方法采用流体杂交和基因芯片技术检测2014年1月至2016年5月到广州中医药大学第一附属医院门诊或者体检的7 340份女性宫颈上皮细胞标本。结果总体的HPV阳性率为24.74%(1 816/7 340),阳性率最高的3种HPV基因亚型为HPV52、HPV16和HPV58,阳性率分别为5.94%(436/7 340)、4.43%(325/7 340)和3.58%(263/7 340)。有两个年龄组的HPV感染率较其他组明显升高,一组是年龄15～24岁,感染率为30.49%,而另一组为年龄>49～70岁,感染率为35.66%(P<0.05)。结论该地区HPV流行率、年龄分布和基因型分析将为HPV筛查和疫苗研究提供指导作用。
