团队层面建言行为研究:员工建言研究的新视角

摘要
目前关于建言行为的研究大多关注个体层面,从团队层面探讨建言行为的研究相对较少。团队建言行为是指团队成员整体的建言行为,团队建言行为能够提高团队绩效,其发生机制与团队建言氛围和领导行为密切相关。围绕团队建言氛围、团队建言行为两条主线,本文对目前团队层面建言行为的研究进行了梳理,并对未来的研究方向做出了展望。
