特发性肺纤维化(IPF)是一种进行性加重且目前尚无有效治疗药物的疾病,相关病因尚未明确。近期研究发现了IPF新的治疗靶点。本文综述IPF的发病机制、诊断的最新研究,以及其治疗的研究进展。
