低氧张力下骨髓间充质干细胞增殖与成骨分化特点及研究进展

摘要
骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSC)生存的微环境处于低氧状态,当病理性因素存在时局部骨组织内BMSC将面临更加窘迫的低氧应激。近年研究发现,低氧诱导因子(HIF)-1是调控低氧张力下BMSC增殖、维持其干细胞特性的重要转录调控因子。低氧对BMSC增殖的影响与其张力大小、持续时间有关,且在不同细胞类型之间可能也有差异。p53调控BMSC低氧张力下的分化与HIF-1密切相关。通过分子生物学方法调控BMSC增殖和分化方式,对于促进骨折愈合、治疗骨折并发症具有重要意义。
