摘要：

炎症性肠病(IBD)的确诊应有病理组织学证据。然而临床上往往很难找到可赖以确诊的组织学病变,诊断及其鉴别诊断仍是困扰我们的一个难题。研究发现多种非侵入性的生物活性标志物对IBD的诊断及炎症活动性的评价具有重要意义。此文综述了近几年已较广泛认可的和正在初步研究的一些IBD生物活性标志物。
