摘要
骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是一种以慢性疼痛和功能障碍为主要临床表现的慢性退行性疾病,严重危害人类健康。各种危险因素、炎症因子、细胞因子在疾病发生发展过程中发挥重要的作用。对于发病机制的深入研究,有利于进一步寻找抑制病情发生的作用靶点,能更有效的治疗OA患者。
