摘要：

目前已有多个口服小分子靶向抗肿瘤药物在我国上市,文中对近年相关文献进行归纳、分析,从皮肤系统、消化系统、循环系统、血液系统等方面综述此类药物的不良反应和防治措施,为临床医生安全合理用药及临床药师进行药学服务提供参考。
