钙离子抑制剂对脑缺血再灌注损伤神经元凋亡相关基因表达的影响

摘要
目的:探讨中药川芎嗪联合尼莫地平在脑缺血再灌注损伤中对促凋亡基因表达的影响。方法:采用Bannister′s方法建立大鼠脑缺血再灌注动物模型,利用川芎嗪联合尼莫地平进行治疗;采用原位杂交技术检测Bax、Caspase-9基因mRNA的表达。结果:模型组Bax和Caspase-9基因mRNA的阳性细胞数密度明显高于其他组,治疗组阳性细胞数密度明显低于模型组。结论:川芎嗪联合尼莫地平治疗可通过降低促凋亡基因Bax和Caspase-9的mRNA表达发挥对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。
