两相分配法纯化受旱小麦绿色组织质膜的研究

摘要：

通过研究氯化钠和多聚物浓度对质膜和各种内膜在PEG/Dextran两相系统中分配行为的影响,根据其影响膜在两相系统中分配系数的试验结果,应用两相分配纯化法,纯化生长正常和受旱条件下小麦绿色组织质膜,对匀浆介质稍加修改,加入5mmol/L ZnCl2,结果在较短的时间得到了两种小麦绿色组织细胞质膜的富集组分。
