考虑政策效力影响的分布式光伏装机容量预测

摘要
针对光伏政策对分布式光伏装机容量预测精度影响较大这一问题,基于系统动力学理论,提出一种考虑光伏产业政策效力影响的分布式光伏装机容量预测模型,并采用改进哈里斯鹰算法对模型中供给型、需求型、环境型政策效力影响系数的取值进行寻优计算。利用所搭建的模型对我国2018-2030年分布式光伏装机容量进行了仿真预测和数据分析。结果表明,与未考虑光伏政策效力的系统动力学模型、基于哈里斯鹰算法优化的政策效力模型、灰色系统预测法及二次指数平滑法相比,在历史数据回测上,该模型预测结果更加准确,平均百分比误差与均方根误差分别为2.86%和3.581 4 GW,均低于其他几种方法。在光伏装机容量的未来数据预测上,符合产业发展规律,更具参考价值。
