摘要：

变应性鼻炎(AR)是青少年易患的疾病之一,是儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的高危因素。局部和全身的变态反应性炎症与OSAHS的发病密切相关。当有变应性鼻炎时,正常的气道解剖结构、免疫机制出现异常。AR与睡眠呼吸障碍、上呼吸道阻抗、脸部增长等有关,这些因素诱发或加重OSASH。正确规范治疗AR可预防OSAHS,或缓解已经存在的OSAHS的症状。
