<正>家庭肠外营养(home parenteral nutrition,HPN)是指在专业营养支持小组的指导下,让某些病情相对平稳,需要长期或较长期依赖肠外营养的特殊病人在家中实施肠外营养。HPN包括全肠外营养和部分补充性肠外营养两类,常用于慢性肠衰竭、恶性肿瘤梗阻或胃肠道不全梗阻等病人[1]。HPN是无法正常进食或肠内营养障碍病人的基本生命支持治疗。合理的HPN能满足病人对能量和营养素的
