活动性类风湿关节炎病人血清VEGF水平测定

摘要：

目的 :为了解血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)在类风湿关节炎 (RA)病人中的水平。方法 :ELISA双抗夹心法VEGF试剂盒定量测定 ,同时采用BeckmanArray36 0检测血清RF水平。结果 :32例活动性RA病人血清VEGF水平较健康对照组有明显增高 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :提示VEGF参与了RA的发病 ,测定血清VEGF水平是一种无侵入性、实用的监测RA病情的方法。
