摘要
近年来研究表明 ,性激素结合球蛋白 (SHBG)基因具有多态性 ,在不同组织中有不同程度的表达 ,可成为肿瘤转化的指标之一 ;SHBG分子的寡聚糖链决定其生物半衰期 ;除能特异性地结合并转运性激素外 ,SHBG还具有介导激素信号传导和类激素样作用 ,并是糖尿病发病的危险因素。
