<正>近年来,随人们对疾病的认知及诊疗水平的提升,踝关节炎已成为重要的经济卫生负担,并逐渐引起我们的关注[1-3]。据统计,全球近1%的成年人,因踝关节疼痛、活动受限等问题,长期受到困扰,并严重影响日常生活。有研究表明,晚期踝关节炎为患者带来的肢体功能障碍及精神困扰与晚期髋关节炎同样严重[4],但髋膝关节炎已引起足够重视,目前对其病因及相关机制问题已有大量研究,而对于踝关节炎的研究仍较少[5]。充分了解其病因及相关机制,对于正确选择治疗方案、确保远期疗效及减少术后并
