摘要：

目的 :观察定量C反应蛋白和血沉对儿童菌血症的初筛试验结果。方法 :应用定量C反应蛋白　　　法 (qCRP)、血沉 (ESR)、白细胞计数及分类几种方法对 310例疑为菌血症的儿童进行检测 ,并同时进行血培　　　养进行确诊。结果表明 :对儿童菌血症进行筛选 ,qCRP和ESR的敏感性优于临床常用筛选试验白细胞分类　　　及计数
