血卟啉衍生物-微波经纤维支气管镜内照射治疗支气管肺癌

摘要：

应用HPD-微波经纤支镜内照射治疗不能切除的中心型肺癌10例,近期显效6例,有效4例。其中并发阻塞性肺炎者2例及肺脓肿1例,治疗后均消失;并发肺不张者3例,2例部分复张,1例完全复张。结果表明:本法对不能切除的中心型肺癌具有通畅气道、缓解阻塞症状的作用。
