<正>近些年来,腰椎滑脱患者的脊柱力线重建过程中的矢状位平衡问题越来越受到关注。评价脊柱-骨盆矢状位平衡的参数有骨盆投射角(pelvic incidence,PI)、骶骨倾斜角(sacral slope,SS)、骨盆倾斜角(pelvic tilt,PT)、胸椎后凸角(thoracic kyphosis,TK)、腰椎前凸角(lumbar lordosis,LL)[1～3],其中PI为固定解剖参数,不随人体的体位改变,PT、SS为体位相关性参数,一般取站立位的侧位片测量。腰椎滑脱发生后,人体为了维持站立姿势产生了一系列代偿机制,脊柱-骨盆平衡序列发生改变,相关研究[4～7]发现,
