摘要：

<正>脑卒中是指由各种原因造成的急性脑血管循环障碍,从而导致大脑半球或脑干局灶型神经功能缺损,具有高发病率、高死亡率、高致残率及高复发率等特点,给社会和家庭带来了极大的经济负担。中国每年脑卒中患者高达200万左右,而且还以每年8.7%的增长率迅速增长,远远超出全球平均水平[1]。脑卒中已成为我国居民第一位的致死病因,且幸存者中75%遗留有不同程度的功能障碍,严重影响了患者的生活质量[2]。脑卒中的康复研究早已迫在眉睫,在众多康复治疗方法中,结
