<正>1骨髓造血系统骨髓是人体内主要造血器官,包括造血细胞和造血微环境两大部分。造血细胞由造血干细胞、造血祖细胞及各系前体细胞等组成。造血干细胞(hematopoi-etic stem cells,HSCs)是骨髓中从卵黄囊全能间叶细胞分化来的最原始的造血细胞,具有高度自我更新和自我复制能力,并进一步分化为各系造血祖细胞(hematopoietic progenitor cells,HPCs)[1]。
