静息状态下未服药首发重性抑郁症患者杏仁核功能连接的研究

摘要
目的:采用静息态功能磁共振技术,探讨静息状态下未服药首发重性抑郁症患者杏仁核功能连接的异常改变。方法:对32例未服药首发重性抑郁症患者及35例健康对照者进行静息态功能磁共振成像扫描。以双侧杏儿核为感兴趣区,分别进行静息态脑功能连接分析。结果:与健康对照组相比,首发重性抑郁症患者左侧杏仁核与左侧眶额皮层的功能连接显著减弱。结论:情感网络中眶额皮层-杏仁核功能连接的异常可能是重性抑郁症的一个重要神经病理机制。
